- Paul is the founder and inspiration behind Fiducia. As a senior manager with over twenty years experience of working in private industry, the public and charity sectors, as well as being a director of a property company, he understands what makes a difference to individuals and organisations. It is about having the confidence and the ambition to realise your goals. He holds a Masters degree in public transport management and has attended Warwick University Business School. He holds a Certificate in Personal Coaching and is a certified member of the International Coach Federation, so he is well placed to help you solve your problems and build on your success. Throughout his career, Paul has recognised the value of personal and business coaching and now works with individuals and small and medium sized enterprises to realise their potential through professional coaching. Paul runs a small business in addition to seting up fiducia coaching, so he has direct experience of a major mid life career change and the rigours of establishing start up enterprises.
